The Challenge
Macquarie Telecom undertook a project that will bring together all staff that form part of the Digi/SaaS Segment so they are sitting together as a single group, including the segment sales team, with the entire Digi/SaaS Segment having aligned KPI’s at the team and group level. 

The purpose of this project is to deliver a premium experience to their Digi/SaaS clients who have hosting services with Macquarie Telecom. By aligning the execution teams (Digi/SaaS Segment) and their incentives around the customer, this will result in greater customer intimacy, which in turn will build customer satisfaction and NPS, promote customer loyalty and most importantly for their customers will give their business a premium and intimate level of support.

The Solution
We came up with the name “Macquarie CMND”, using the idea of ‘Mission Control’ as its starting point to position the team as the control centre for hosting services. The name also conveys the idea that this is a high-tech and responsive new team, working from a dedicated command centre put together for this segment.

The CMND Welcome Kit outlines all of the above and represents the control the new customers get for their business from the new support structure. The premium packaging and gift further highlights the experience Macquarie CMND delivers to customers.
