Voices: My Creative journey

Introduction:

For this assignment I was asked to create an animation using Adobe Spark, reconstructing my personal " Creative Journey ".

Creative Process:

Audience: 18-28 year olds

Purpose: To encourage people who, for some reasons, have not decided to follow their dream and do what deep down inside their hearts want.

Importance: The story tells a period in my life, when I had a lot of conflicts in my mind and decided to study what was ideal in other people's minds, without being aware of the fact that it made me lost and indifferent. At the end of the day, I decided to go for what my heart calls and never felt happier.

After hearing my story, I hope my audience, especially who are not happy with their lives, find some new motivation to work it out and be happier.

Tone and mood change flowing up the events in my story. It is a happy tone at the end.

Materials used:

Hardware: Ipad

Softwares: Illustrator Draw, Camera, Pages

Platforms: Bahance

Production methods and workflow:

I first worked on the script of my story.

I started asking myself several questions, as well as thought back on important events in my life. I worked directly on the "Pages" application on my Ipad, typed out all I could think of. I edited it several times, cut back on less important events and added important stories that are meaningful.

Once I got my complete script, i broke it down in to different sequences.

After that, I sketch all off the sequences on my sketch book.

Then, I worked with Adobe Draw. For each draw, I inserted my taken photos, decreased the opacity to 50% then redo my sketch.

Once I got my all draws, it was time to work in Spark Video. I recorded the whole story first. Since my script was done well, I did not really have any problems with that. The only thing was that my voice was not really consistent.

When I got the narrative part done, I inserted all my draws in the scenes and I was just simple like that.
