UN-scrapping | Installation Art

Under the theme “Art in Transit", the Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology
collaborated with Peenya Metro Station to enhance the latter using installations, murals etc.

In a team of 4, “UN-scrapping”, using only industrial waste, built and placed on Platform 2 
5.2 x 4 ft. geometric illusion installation inspired by the movement of the metro.
Chosen materials included – discarded ply wood, aluminium channels, iron rods, metal sheets and 
L-brackets along with procured material like sun board, screws, adhesives and Asian paints. 

Documentation includes process and assimilation images of the installation.
