CHALLENGE
Designing a CD for popular musician Kanye West CD 808’s and Heartbreak.
SOLUTION
The concept was based on the title of the CD. 808 was the first programmable drum machine that was used to create demos. Pixelating the image for the cover plays off both 808 and heartbreak. It represents different music beats coming together to create one piece of art. It also relates to heartbreak because a person feels like they are falling apart, which goes with the pixelation of the image.
