The U1 LiFePO4 battery pack is a drop in replacement for a standardized size of Lead Acid battery. The Lithium Phosphate chemistry has a much higher energy density, depth of discharge and is about half the weight. A built in battery management system enables real time monitoring of the State of Health and State of Charge of the battery pack, through CANBus communication.

 

The U1 is being deployed into multiple markets such as; telecommunications, energy storage, medical, backup power and geophysical surveying.
