Creeps On The Scene

Creeps on the Scene
Lurking Amongst the Populace
An ongoing project involving the many creeps, demons, birds, dogs, eels, locust men and many other characters from the surreal world of Paul St. Savage. Basically all considered "creeps", these beings lurk, wander, loiter and participate in basic mischief. Often observing scenes they come upon or participating in them, the creeps can be found anywhere. Sometimes appearing in old paintings, out in the street or on objects.

These pieces are usual done in acrylic paint on canvas and occasionally watercolor on paper or board. The black and whites are good old illustration ink, while the wall pieces are latex bucket paint with a little aerosol fused in also. The pieces represented here began in late 2011 and continue to the present.
