Xu Jia Hui Center is a mixed use development compromises of hotel, office, serviced apartments, cultural facilities, retail and park. As the site is extremely large and scattered, our idea was to create a large retail mall and a retail street named Cultural Village with a large park in between to connect the two. There are also bridges connecting through the sites and the feature canopy roof ties the whole development together integrated with the retail mall's roof. A feature indoor winter garden is facing the park and the whole development is designed with abundant green spaces as the city's oasis.
