Mixed-use building in the centre of Bucharest
The urban planning regulations allow the development of a high-rise building in the historical urban fabric of the city
as a signal and starting point of a potential urban regeneration of the area.
By extending the walkway from the opposite side of the street, a link between the two opposing plots is created.
It transforms into a five-storey gallery into the plot, piercing but also stiching all the three proposed buildings together.
Acting as a counterpoint to its height, the tower has an ethereal presence due to the special treatment of the glass facade.
