icare is a brand of insurance & care. The company used to be run by NSW Government before changing to be privately owned and run, and relocated to several new offices in different districts of Sydney.
As part of this change, the culture of the organisation aimed to transform to value attributes like empathy, creativity & warmth. icare needed a way to use its new office spaces to communicate this culture change to its employees.
The outcome was a series of site-specific murals which used a playful, loose and warm illustration aesthetic. The imagery conveys icare’s culture change and included phrases that the teams commonly used.
