Part 1 Exploration Final
Consecutively smaller rectangular pieces connected at dimples created with center punch and held together with tension. Connection points allow for smooth rotational movement.
Part 2 Exploration Final
Reinvented connection points allow for the smaller piece to fully rotate into the larger piece, giving the whole piece the ability to fold into a square. This was not possible with the previous version due to the dimples conflicting with the sides of its adjacent pieces. Unfortunately, the new connections and folding ability came at a cost of a limited rotational movement.
