Challenge: Design a calendar for Virginia Outdoors Foundation that highlights the diverse beauty of Virginia's landscape. The calendar will be given to past and potential donors as a reminder of the Foundation and to encourage private gifts of money, securities or land to preserve the natural, scenic, historic, scientific, open-space and recreational areas of the Commonwealth.
Solution: I searched the clients photo archives for images that best represented the seasons from every corner of the Commonwealth. I kept in mind image quality, resolution and color balance when making my choices. For a personal touch, I incorporated meaningful quotes from the land donors of highlighted photography.
