The purpose of the work was the repair of a building originally designed as locomotive shop in the neighborhood of San Bernardo, Sevilla. The technical criteria of the intervention were conditioned by the need to adjust the space available to be used as a Temporary Exhibition Hall.

The limits of action arising from the condition of listed building, were to maintain the building's walls, the restoration of all elements of stone, the structural system and the distribution of windows.

Is was required the project of a mezzanine; the organization of a basement floor space intended for services, storage and administration; space to access, information and control on the ground floor, targeting the top floor for exhibitions.
