SUBATECH
User Interface Design
During my Erasmus at l'Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique, I was able to participate in cross-disciplinary project involving the Subatech Beta-Autoradiography Imager (short said: a medical research scanner).

I paired up with a product designer to provide the Subatech Beta Imager with a functioning, user-friendly design. Mapping the interactions of the new design, the Imager needed a new interface. The interface we opted for was based on a built-in research library, in which researchers can trace their findings through the use of tags.

One of the strong points of our proposal was the added function of a stylus. When pressing the stylus button, there would be a menu with information of the features Tag, Notes, Compare.

Even though I'm not satisfied with the Interface as a whole, I am satisfied by the concept and parts of the Interface. More time and feedback would've made it better.
