I love this little Chicago house with it's dark wood ceiling beams and it's built in bookshelves. The tiny kitchen with mystery light switches, and front stoop just big enough for 2 people to drink a beer. With the giant spider that lives outside our window, that has suddenly disappeared somewhere that I don't want to think about, and the tiny dog with the not so tiny bark that lives next door. The house that waited for us for three months while we were living in Germany, and that we came home to after our wedding.
