This student residential development is a conversion and refurbishment of an existing 19th Century office building, located on the prominent West Street in Sheffield city centre. The development provides 115 studios, one bed and duplex apartments. The refurbishment saw the internal conversion into residential along with external glazing improvements and a complete overhaul of the courtyard space from a concrete car park to a useable amenity space providing planting, disabled spaces, a new stair access and mail room.
