Custom Designed for Views of the Elbow River
This house was designed and built in 2011. The lot had an existing house and garage that was built sometime in the 1960's which needed to be demolished to make room for the new house and garage. This project required development permit, building permit, and additional engineering to the foundation as this house is built in the flood plain. The existing house had 2' of water in the basement during the time of demolition.
