This project outlines the my main project of third year which was to master plan an an area of Hull called The Fruit Market then go into more detail on a specific building in my case this was a theatre. I started with analyzing the site and the surrounding context.
The sites main assets are its Arts and cultural buildings and events. With little crime and abandoned buildings this cultural background is a basis for the sites regeneration and master plan that will fit in well with the events of Hull City of culture 2017.
