Girl in the Window

Before I could design my cover and spreads, I had to edit down the photos from over fifty images. In choosing my photos, I picked ones that I felt not only told and progressed with the story well but also provided extra details of the what the written story couldn't tell. For my design, I wanted keep a somber, monochromatic theme to go along with the black and white photographs as well as keeping with the seriousness and sadness of the story itself.
