Classic Roof Garden
The client on the sixth floor of the Warsaw residential estate had two terraces on his new apartment. The first one was small and very slim, curving around the living area, and the bigger one led directly from the dining room and was visible from the kitchen and the parent’s bedroom. The members of the family, who are often out of town, wanted an outdoor space that looked terrific all year round from both indoors and out. It was important to create a space that would be both user friendly and elegant.
The Italian wall fountain and wicker furniture set the mood for afternoons of relaxation with landscape lighting to accent the stunning plantings and extend the daysdays’ enjoyment of this space well into the evenings. The openwork garden panels protect against the wind and intense sunlight and make a background for the carefully selected plants in decorative planters.
