Brief: SM held a contest to design their ecobag featuring the theme of Philippine environmental sustainability. My designs apply the Gestalt Law of Closure (objects grouped together are seen as a whole; our minds fill in the gaps/missing information to create familiar shapes and images). I used environmental icons representing the four elements (air, earth, fire, and water) to form silhouettes of wildlife endemic to the Philippines.
