This is the final year project that I have developed to get my degree in Architecture and Planning. The program embraces an Aviation Museum with a Flight School and some other facilities, in front of the local airport. The site is the key of the project, between the airport and an agrarian public park, which allows the building to establish a physical link among the industrial world and the rural one.
I have understood the design process as a system, in which every element responds to the same purpose, at every scale, carving it from the inside out and vice versa. I have searched to build up an image to be understood altogether. With this purpose, I treated the building as part of a rural system that remembers the farming culture of Andalusia, and building it as an intersection between an Hangar and a farm house.
