SQUARING CIRCLES
DRAWINGS COLLECTION II - JUNE 2015 - VIKTOR JAN
Let me tell you a story. I took a fan and its propeller and added a board to it, which I used to tape paper onto. The paper was square-shaped and about 23x23cm. Using the board attached to the working fan, I created patterns with white acrylic paint or black ink. As a result, I created a variety of interesting, circuit-like patterns. Through this link you can see a video-process of how I made one of these drawings.

The first part of the project I did was experiment by adding different colors and surfaces. The next part is the final product of the three B1 format. I took the circles that I got from experimentation, and merged them together into smaller formats and pasted them onto the B1 format. You may notice the pictures that I put in the rooms, they look really good as a decoration.
Hope you like it, enjoy!
