My partner and I came up with an idea that involves the Sisler name. We were thinking of coming up with Sisler athletic apparel, we wanted to get Dri-fit shirts and other athletic stuff and come up with the design and sell it to the students. We know that big name companies such as Nike, Adidas, and etc. would sell their products for a much higher price. We would get products in bulk for a much affordable price, make the design in the school and sell it to the student body for a much better price. We know that the school sells a lot of school apparel in the Agora but the school doesn’t have an actually school athletic apparel. I think that our school has a lot of students that are into sports and working out and they would want to buy the products and use it and represent the school when they perform.
 
Target market- Our target market are people of all ages in the school, from grade 9 students to teachers. We provide for both genders. The size of our target market is a fairly good size since our school has a lot of athletes.
 
The business is a 50/50 partnership. Our products are sports apparel that will have the school logo on it. Our product will benefit the customers by selling more affordable sports gear for the students to get and they can represent the school at the same time.
Operating Plan – What we have done so far is type out our idea and plans, there is still more stuff to do such as look at which supplier we are going to order from. We still need to talk to some students for their opinion, to figure out which sizes we would need to get more of. Some risks are if we can’t find a decent supplier and we would have to change up our plans. We still have to ask Mr.Galvao if his graphics class can help us with the graphic prints on the shirts.
 
The Industry - Knowing that Sisler is a school with many athletes, we decided to sell products for athletes, so we will be selling things such as compression shirts, shorts, and from there we’ll elaborate more on what to sell depending on what the costumers want or need. There are some barriers we will overcome. We would have to raise the price a bit more if we want to make profit. And it would be kind of difficult finding a supplier. We would also need to ask permission if we can sell our products in the Agora.
 
Executive Summary - Our products would be great for the Agora to sell to kids that can’t afford expensive athletic clothing, they’re not just saving money but they’re also representing their school name.

This Nike commercial is a good commercial because it makes you motivated but they didn't make it too serious, it has some humor in it. When a commercial has a bit of humor in it, it makes people want to share it with their friends even if they humor wasn't that big in the commercial but it does attract attention of the consumers.
This Nike commercial is also good because its serious, unlike the first one it had a more upbeat vibe to it. This commercial makes people want to do something active and become an athlete, which is what Nike's idea because they sell sportswear and they would want those people to go out and buy their product while they work out or play a sport.
