Trying to unhook the soggy flaps. Trying to grip the box, when it slips away while you try to scoop the solid Ice-cream out. Finally giving up, tearing the box open and cutting the ice-cream out. Phew..
Most people know what this feels like, and most people don’t own a scoop. This is the problem that I have explored in this project.
A proper solution meant not only bettering how we scoop the ice-cream but also be able hold it properly and operate on it with ease.
The new direction paid attention to ergonomics, and was based on a scenario of simple intuitive steps one would follow to get some ice-cream in their tummy.
