Aim
Graphic solution for the total plastered facade of the Erkel Theatre
Concept
During this project I was focusing on the issue of the unsystematic look of the building. My intention was to unify this fragmented appearance by applying similar painted objects on the facade. The shape which I chose to apply on the building imitates spatiality so it can effectively distract attention from the fragmented surface of the theatre. The dense pattern around the front face gets rarer towards the end of the building, which gives dynamism to the composition.

Az Erkel Színház teljes vakolt homlokzatfelületének grafikai megoldása
Koncepció
Munkám során arra koncentráltam, hogy osztatlanabbá tegyem az épület széttagolt képét. Ezt az egységességet az épület különböző elemeinek azonos formákkal való összefogásával értem el. A kiválasztott alakzat melyet végül alkalmaztam térbeliséget imitál, ennek köszönhetően eredményesebben vonja el a figyelmet a színház falának tagoltságáról. A főhomlokzat körüli sűrű mintázat az épület vége felé egyre ritkább, így kompozíció dinamikusabbá válik.
