This project, although not the largest one in terms of footage, has been very complicated in terms of planning - circular floor print, glazed over the whole perimeter. Gunvor, the leading Russian oil exporter, demanded a stilish and sophisticated office, impressive, but classy. Programming phase, fit plans, and hierarchy of offices was difficult because of the mullions, and the reception zone was a challenge as well, until the architectural department of Concept MR came up with the idea of custom, curved reception desk, and supported its shape with a detailed ceiling. Due to the Client's permission, it is allowed to display the realized project's images, but no floor plans or architectural details.
