Project task: Poster and ticket design for Venice Biennale
The poster and ticket concept design for the 55th Venice Biennale was part of a student project. The concept was based on the use of human hands as the visual identity of a human being and as one of the main forms of communication. Differently coloured interlocking hand shapes symbolize multiculturality and a blend of different cultures and artistic trends.
The Venice Biennale takes place biannually in Giardini Park and is one of the most famous and prestigious exhibitions of modern art in the world.
