Editorial Design/MagazineSpread

The project was to create a 2 page magazine spread using only type as the main design element. The challenge was being able to fit all the type into the space. I was able to achieve this by carefully selecting the font and keeping in mind the tracking and kerning of the letterforms. I also wanted to visually showcase the headline by keeping a balance with the weights and characteristics of the fonts use.
