The V240 is a concept that anhcreative developed in response the high level of food wastage produced by Britain each year. Fresh foods such as baked bread become stale very quickly and therefore frequently up to half the loaf is discarded or donated to the local birds!
 
After research into a series of food preservation methods we developed the V240 vacuum capsule, effectively a container that stores food products in an anaerobic (oxygen-deprived) environment. The V40 utilises sensor-controlled vacuum pump technology to automatically achieve such an environment.
