The first online event conducted by the Photographic Society of my university was the Photo Editing Workshop, in which senior members of the club would mentor the newer generation in the art of RAW photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom. As it happened I was given the opportunity to design the poster, and I wished to abide by and let the agenda of this event be shown by my design. I hope you like how I portrayed my idea.
While looking for ways on how to depict the before-after shot of photo editing, I came across this project on Pinterest which inspired me greatly to bring my idea to life. Though a different colour palette and typeface (and language) were used for my poster, I tried to incorporate and mimic the concept as best as I could.
BTW the original image used in the background of my poster is a RAW image I found on Unsplash, and an edited image is placed in the polaroid. Were you able to guess that?
