Made myself an 99U-reader app for Android. It's just an simple WebView baked into something little more attractive. So now I don't have to open the browser on my phone and click my way into 99U. Instead I just open the app which brings me all that awesomeness.

Simple WebView using Translucent UI for devices running Android 4.4 KitKat or above.
The app take advantage of the Android guidelines made for KitKat. It uses the translucent SystemUI along with WebView tweaks.
For now I just have the app for myself but if there's any interest I could make it available for download.
