Nestled in the very heart of Ehrenfeld, a popular, charming and vibrant district of Köln, it will symbolize a focus on residents’ needs, providing accommodation to 149 families. Constructed with a blend of sustainable materials and high-quality finishes, each apartment is designed to offer a unique living experience; every unit comes with its own balcony, loggia or a rooftop terrace. “Lück’ pays homage to 20s architecture with its façade details and rounded balconies and thus blends tradition with modernity.
