Olea Tower Residence redefines coastal living, offering a haven where luxury and tranquillity converge.

Inspired by the serene expanse of the sea, mere miles away. Olea Tower Residence is adorned with gentle curves that mimic the calm flow of the sea waves, the building stands as a testament to the harmonious interplay between serene, functionality and nature.

Remaining authentic to its beachside location, Olea Tower Resicence’s thoughtful design features a neutral palette composed of warm-tone timber fixtures, stone and white concrete cladding.
