Feira Flamboiã No Ar was the online edition of the book-zine fair Flamboiã, in 2020. No ar means in the air. The experimental format of the event - where publishers and authors sent their material to the headquarters of the fair to be all sold together in an online store - evoked an experimental approach to the graphic material.
Considering the uncertain times of the COVID pandemic, but also the reflections it triggered, the visual system was based on ethereal, borderless elements, but the constant presence of the book as an object. The use of gradient mixed with harsh, abstract lines taken from the brazilian map, deconstructing a solid view of territory. Different shapes for books were used as masks and illustrations thruout the material, that included social media posts, a poster and a website.
