They provide services related to skin, hair, nails, body spa and others specifically for women.
Their customers belong to different background both financially and culturally, and the reason for that is that Laleen offers affordable and quality services.

The Problem
Laleen Beauty Salon in Doha, Qatar faced significant challenges due to outdated branding, a lack of proper brand guidelines, and an inconsistent visual and brand identity. These issues hindered the salon's ability to resonate with its target clientele and diminished its overall appeal in a highly competitive market. Also, it's really hard to make sure that a brand that revolves around Beauty & Glamour to make it consistent with Islamic Shariah, so this was another challenge that need to be tackled.
The Solution
To address these challenges, I implemented a comprehensive brand overhaul. This included updating the salon's visual identity with a fresh, modern look while keeping the rich Qatari heritage intact, and establishing a set of clear brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, I refined the salon's messaging and positioning to better align with its audience's expectations and preferences while making sure that their Islamic values are not effected.
These strategic changes will revitalize the salon's brand, enhancing its market presence and improving its connection with customers. Through this rebranding effort, Laleen Beauty Salon have more dynamic and cohesive brand identity that sets it apart in the marketplace while sticking to its roots.
