Poshmark Social Commerce Mobile App Redesign
2021
Project Summary:

Project Strategy:

Problem Statement:
How might we improve the overall branded experience of Poshmark so that the app is easier to use, while ensuring that the primary user base is more brand loyal, amongst an overly grown and saturated social commerce retail industry?

Main Goals:
Redesign the Poshmark UX+UI so that trendsetting, fashion inspired millennials can more easily use the app to connect with verified sellers throughout a more personalized, yet less overwhelming shopping flow.

Project Challenges:
Only for class
we reached out to Poshmark to present our findings and learn more from their feedback but never heard back.

This project was the team's first exposure to front-end development handoff documentation so we were rather timid of producing the backend documentation. However, I found Zeplin, a design to development coding tool to assist us in our process for this requirement. We were able to import our screens from various flows to produce code that development teams could use a head-start in their process.
