The vision of the design is to reform and recondition the site into a safe, engaging, and self-reliant neighborhood by introducing a mixed-use development through the integration of community and providing feasible solutions that shall not shift the originality and essence of its surroundings.
Various site amenities are meant to contribute to a walkable community and uninterrupted pedestrian oriented spaces. These eventually establish mixed-uses in the neighborhood, irrespective of age, income, culture, and race.
