The Wanderer
literary magazine
I had the pleasure of working with designer, Brittany Phillips, in helping lead a workshop at the Fayetteville Public Library. The workshop was open to any local teen in the area who had in interest in learning about the fundamentals in design thinking. As a class, we put together the annunal literary magazine that the library produces each year called the Wanderer. For the publication, each student got to learn a little of the basics in adobe illustrator, indesign, and photoshop. The students contributed a logo, type treatment of a poem, and a vector image of themselves. Each copy of the literary magazine was put together by hand with screw posts and recycled spine covers.
