YEEZY URBAN BANDOLIER DESIGNER
Most of my time at Yeezy was spent tinkering and creating. This was honestly the most creatively free job that I’ve ever had and am extremely grateful for the experience. This project was inspired by Ye after he wore duct taped socks around his neck as an urban carry solution. He wanted a bandolier that would hold a laptop, a basketball, phone, wallet, keys and small personal items. As all of my Yeezy projects, I really enjoyed being hands on- from pattern making, sewing, prototyping to the overall construction technique.
The concept was signed off on and the gray prototype above was made in collaboration with Douglas Davidson and The Brown Buffalo.
