Love is surely what should rule the world. Especially love between racialized women. Being among women, beyond romantic love, and knowing how to listen and support each other is revolutionary. Love is revolution.
And when I thought about what I wanted to leave behind for the Paul VI community, all I could think of was affection. To paint about this love, to inspire this affection.

O amor é com certeza o que deveria reger o mundo. O amor entre mulheres racializadas especialmente. Estar entre mulheres, para além do amor romântico, e saber ouvir e se apoiar é revolucionário. Amar é revolução.
E ao pensar no que queria deixar para a comunidade Paulo VI só me vinha a mente: afeto. Pintar sobre esse amor, inspirar esse afeto.
