I will dive into 3 specific subjects that are discussed in critical race theory. This stems from my original thought of “The Critical Race Theory is under attack, but do you even know what it is”. This will be a very upfront display of information of what exactly it covers in a way students will understand. I feel as if I was to stand in a singular college classroom, half of the students will not be able to properly define CRT. Specifically for college students in my region, the CRT is not under attack compared to some southern states. Everything in my text is a full circle... IE poor housing = less access to medical care = more deaths in the community. I have made an interactive brochure that folds and folds to represent the complexity of the topic being discussed.
