In July 2010, an investment was made to create a promenade on the City Lake in Chodzież.
The finishing works were completed at the turn of September 2011, and together with the entire investment, 3.1 km of hardened surface intended for recreational purposes were provided to the city residents.
A pedestrian and bicycle path has been created, which allows you to walk and ride bikes, as it is from 2.5 meters to 5 meters wide.Today, the promenade impresses with its appearance, and the city's inhabitants themselves appreciate it and willingly use it.

The city received most of the funds for the construction of the promenade from the Greater Poland Regional Operational Program, and the rest came from the city budget.
