ru : нарушение личностных границ приводит к эмоциональному выгоранию, а людям, в стремлении достижения своих целей, свойственно идти напролом, нарушая личностное пространство рядом стоящих, так сказать, достигать своего за счёт других. если не обозначить своё пространство, не выстроить свои границы, то исход один — опустошение, и тогда у тебя останешься только ты, и пустота.

eng : the inability to cope with the perception of the world around you, a rough immersion in routine and everyday life, which is why it seems as if the world is flying forward, and you are standing still. there is a feeling of the fleetingness of time and the lack of vision of the future. but there is always a way out - to grow from within.
ru : невозможность справиться с восприятием окружающего мира, грубокое погружение в рутину и быт, из-за чего кажется, словно мир летит вперед, а ты стоишь на месте. появляется чувство мимолетности времени и невидения будущего. но выход есть всегда — расти изнутри.
