for two fases of future spaces. The space is first transformed into a small multifunctional
office that will later become a studio apartment with kitchen, living and sleeping area.

thought through fases of future use and living in order to transform the space with minimal

New addition to the existing building are large windows opening the main room towards
the courtyard and integrating interior and exterior space.
