The inspiration for this project came from the architecture and religious sites in Palestine, since the customer focuses on the religious sites in his tours. I started by tracing lines from the nativity church to create symbols mixed with the customer's initials.
Then I started looking at the roman ruins in Sebastia, because that village is where my customer fell in love with touring and it is where he decided to become a tour guide. I started taking lines from the amphitheater, in addition to topography lines from the region.
