This innovative adaptive reuse project involves the addition of a gym and a significant expansion of the floor area, transforming the original office building into a dynamic mixed-use structure. The design draws inspiration from the elegant patterns of Bird feathers and incorporates elements from BIG Isenberg school project, resulting in a striking and harmonious architectural composition. The thoughtfully crafted working drawings in phases for this building, including the mesmerizing continuous loop extensions and the captivating curtain wall forming a continuous structure on the west façade, are attached below for your reference.
