St Regis Saadiyat Island

The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort represents the first forray into the Middle East region for this iconic hospitality brand. The estate is built on Abu Dhabi's cultural epicentre of Saadiyat Island. The Mediterranean inspired St Regis Beach Resort and Residences, consists of a collection 376 guest rooms and suites, 6 unique dining experiences, St Regis signature Spa and the sought after branded St Regis apartments and villas, flanked by the retail centre.

GLSW resolved the wayfinding strategy throughout the estate and developed signage solutions specific to all areas including the public realm,  retail, hotel, residences, conference centre, ballroom and Iridium Spa, covering all aspects and all areas.

Our design team developed a new method of infusing amber resin into white Italian marble for the front of house areas, and focussed on the architectural vernacular and brand essence for external areas.

Additionally, our branding team was responsible for the implementation of the St Regis dual language brand and collateral, all food and beverage branding and various launch marketing solutions.
