This kiosk design was shared with Sprint, as part of a presentation outlining the advantages of in-store digital signage and merchandising. By providing an interactive experience in-store, we could provide customers with a real-time update to their wait time, access to personalized offers, and a location for local and national advertising, which could become a new revenue stream for branch locations.
