Design of this penthouse duplex resulted from the complete freedom in the design, after a clearly defined direction and a new solution for the functional organization of the apartment done alongside our clients.

It is divided into two units.
The first consists of living area with a dining room, a guest toilet, technical room and
a completely separate kitchen, which in the found solution of the apartment was a bedroom.
The second unit, which occupies the upper floor, was transformed by the complete demolition of three existing rooms in the open-space concept master suite, consisting of a bedroom, walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub, which offers a magical view of the river and the Belgrade Tower.
For floors in the living area, but also in the guest bathroom, as one of the most unusual combinations of parquet floors which we had the opportunity to install, Listone Giordano parquet was used.
In addition to the palette of earthy colours and the combination of different textures and fabrics, the ambiance is ennobled by numerous works of art, such as a grandiose painting from Argentina, as well as sculptures, one of which is on a pedestal made of exotic Brazilian stone.
Guest bathroom has a free-standing sink paired with a tap coming out of the ceiling.

As the end result of this unusual combination, we created an unobtrusively strong space, that exudes character and comfort.
