This book showcases the life and selected works of Rem Koolhaas, a Dutch architect. The book's design highlights Rem Koolhaas' unique architectural style, characterized by his innovative approach and the creation of iconic forms. His buildings challenge traditional notions of form and function, often incorporating unexpected combinations of materials, textures, and shapes. These characteristics inspired the book's layout, like the unconventional placement of text and images and the unique diagonal cut on the book's side. One of Rem Koolhaas' significant works, the CCTV (China Central Television) Headquarters, inspired the book cover.
